In 2008, after 16 years behind the chair, Claudine with the help of her husband, Pasquale, opened bijou and created a team from the ground up. Education has always been forefront for Claudine and she has been fortunate enough to have had magnificent experiences with some of the world’s top educators. Sharing the passion with her team and working hard to be sure each and every guest feels heard is her top priority! At bijou, our philosophy is that a true leader creates other leaders.
